I began the project by researching Taoism and crafting a script. After the script was done I went about coming up with the visual direction of the video. It was vital that the animation reflected the fluid nature of the philosophy. I showed this through plants going with the wind, water flowing, and a boat coasting along. Also essential to Taoism is the idea of interconnectedness and this is demonstrated as the elements of the video all interact with each other and transition smoothly.
